To Whom It May Concern!

Information related to the separate royalty agreement (Agreement1) - still valid - signed between Mr. Defossé, Mr. Jan Franck (his business angel) and myself.

In the beginning of October 2006 Mr. Defossé and Mr. Franck started a lawsuit (ROL Nr. 36-06/6088/A of the Rechtbank Eerste Aanleg te Antwerpen) to destroy Agreement 1. However after three meetings in Court the Judge has send the case to the "bijzondere rol" (special role) for extended debats (uitgebreide debatten).

But without waiting for the next step in the lawsuit Defossé-Franck declared unilaterally that the Agreement 1 was going to end at January 15, 2007. However the declaration is not in conformity with Belgian Law because not all cumulative conditions are met.

If you are involved in negotiations or an agreement with Guillaume Defossé and/or Jan Franck related to the DGS videocompression I advise you to consult a Belgian Lawyer and refer to next documents in Dutch language related to this case.
